1. The game

KNGX Drift at game.kngx.ca (the “Service”) is a browser game operated by KNGX ([LEGAL ENTITY NAME / ADDRESS — TO REVIEW]). By playing you agree to these terms.

2. Free, ad-supported

The Service is free and supported by advertising: a short video ad before runs (at most about once a minute), an ad break every few runs, banner ads outside the play area, and optional rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits such as an extra life or double coins. Ads can only be removed by purchasing “Remove ads” or “Pro”.

3. Purchases

Remove ads forever — CA$6.99, one-time. Removes ads in KNGX Drift for the player identity (restore code) that bought it, for as long as the Service operates.
KNGX Drift Pro — CA$4.99 for a 30-day pass: no ads, three exclusive Pro cars, double coins. It is charged once and does not renew automatically; buying again extends it by 30 days. Pro cars are usable only while Pro is active.
Coin packs — CA$1.99 / 4.99 / 9.99 for 2,000 / 6,000 / 15,000 in-game coins.

Prices are in Canadian dollars; applicable taxes [SALES TAX (GST/HST/QST) HANDLING — TO REVIEW]. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see your card or bank details. Coins, cars and other virtual items are a limited licence, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be rebalanced.

4. Restore code

Purchases are linked to an anonymous restore code instead of an account. Keep it safe: anyone with the code can use your purchases, and we cannot recover purchases without the code or PayPal proof of payment. Coins already added to your device's wallet live in that browser and are not restored.

5. Refunds

6. Leaderboard & acceptable use

Do not cheat the leaderboard, interfere with the Service, its payments, its ads or ad measurement (e.g. automated clicking), or use offensive names. We may remove scores or names at our discretion.

7. Embedding

The embeddable version at /embed is intended for KNGX properties such as ai.kngx.ca. Other sites may not frame it without permission.

8. No warranty
